The final decision regarding transfer of Carlos Tevez will be made by the English High Court on August 22. The dispute regarding the the transfer fees has delayed the transfer again and again and made it extremely frustrating for the fans. The rumors about Tevez’s impeding transfer started way back in the last week of June, but we’re still waiting for the transfer to complete successfully.
Carlos Tevez’s agent and MSI owner Kia Joorabchian has spoken that transfer will take place even before the court’s verdict. He is pretty sure about them receiving the transfer amount and not West Ham United FC. United have already made a bid in the range of £30 million and Kia is sure of banking the majority of that amount for themselves. The Hammers had suffered a £5.5 million penalty in April for breaking Premiership rules over Third party ownership.
If the court decision are to be arrived as late as August 22, Tevez is sure to miss the first couple of games of the season. Manchester United Boss and Manager, Sir Alex Ferguson said, “I am not worried because I am confident the player will eventually arrive at the club. But it has been dragging on and it has become a bit frustrating.”
“At the moment it is going to the high court. I am sure we will get a final decision on the matter there. But if something happens before that, it is something we would welcome.”
Gabriel Heinze this is season is the one of the major players who are moving out of united.Gabriel Heinze had been on the talk for last 3 months and the speculations are getting confirmed.Heinze’s agent are trying best for Heinze to move Liverpool after an agreeable transfer fee which was about £7million.But Sir Alex has confirmed that he may move any where but he will not go to Liverpool.
Sir Alex replied saying that”I can assure you Liverpool will not be Getting Gabriel Heinze.We have couple of offers for him and we have turned them down.Heinze’s agents are rolling the ball all the time but in matter what his agent thinks,we are in the driving seat.I don’t exactly know what Gaby thinks because it is all coming from his agent but this has going on for a year and a half now.”

Alex Ferguson has rejected the bid by Liverpool regarding to Gabriel Heinze.Liverpool were eying on this player after his performance at Copa America.Heinze was reportedly linked with this club at starting of the season.The bid on Heinze was £ 6 million reportedly but it was turned down by Sir Alex.

The match was at Nou Camp with more than 90000 maniacs watching the game.You hardly hear anything except roaming and screaming of the fans.The atmosphere like no other and the teams also like other.Manchester were a weaker side compared with Bayern. Giggs and Scholes suffered a man suspensions due to respective Red cards.So lack of players in mid-field.
Manchester had already won the League and the FA cup and This was the last on remaining in their bag.The game starts after a few performances and national anthems.Both teams hand shaking(with no intentions though)and taking their position.Referee blows the whistle and the match starts.The game started on the side of Bayern.Just the game touched the first 5 minutes Basler with a fine free kick guiding the ball to the net.Bayern Munich up by one Goal.All manutd maniacs just petrified.The match seemed more like ended rather than started.Nobody would have thought Manchester to win in their wildest dreams.But If you were a true Manchester you would say lets finish the game and they did.United didn’t lose hope and they tried even more harder.The game was all of tension.The tension was balancing on both the sides.Bayern were more tensed more holding their lead rather than increase it The half ending with Munich’s on lead.But the next half was on United’s side.The attacks and the moves of united were increasing.The crossing were getting more accurate and players running out more.They we running every where on the pitch.The wingers were falling back when ball moved back,the defenders getting front when they attacked.The second half was only Manchester United.They would have hit more shots on target that night compared to any matches.But khan was too stubborn to let the ball pass him.The more united attacked the Munich the more they were exposing themselves.But united had just one thing in mind”Never die”.And thats what kept them going to the last second.Ferguson brought his substitutes in the game.Teddy Sheringham(67 minute) and Solskjaer(81 minutes).The combination was working and they made many moves around striking the ball.Then game moved to 80 minutes and still no goal.But maniacs kept on trying.The game finally moving to extra time.Can any one possibly think of winning when you are 1-0 down?.You can only think for an equilizer rather than winning.3 minutes of added time to settle the match.That was enough for United.On the start of the 90th minute the ball was on united’s half.The game building up and ball was on Munich’s territory until the ball was thrown outside by the defenders.Gary Neville taking the long throw inside the penalty area.The ball again thrown out by the Munich defender and this time for a corner.Schmiechel up in front.Beckham quickly running towards the corner. Just watch the brillance of David Beckham.He takes 5 seconds to actually set himself and hit the ball.The ball moves on the second post , get a touch by Yorke,the Munich player tries to clear but the ball gets to Keane.Keane hits the ball towards Sherigham and Sheringham guides the ball into the net.What a moment!!.The goal was not the most fabulous one but you can never have so much emotion in that goal.Manchester leveled themselves in extra time.Munichs went mad.They couldn’t see where did the ball end up in the goal.But the goal thats all counts.The game started and quickly United gets the ball in possession.Moving quickly the ball is passed to Solskjaer and with a few trickery wins a corner.The same man for the task.This was the last attack that they could do damage .Beckham running towards the corner and again with a very little time he hits the ball into the penalty area.The cross was so inch perfect that Sheringham received directly on his head losing his marker.The ball just bounced on Solskajaer’s leg and striked the ball to the top corner.Oh the goal.The winning goal.The goal came at such a time when referee was about to blow the whistle.United first time up in the game and that also for the last minute and the goal that all mattered the most.United went on celebrating the goal and they finally won the match.Every Manchester fan jumping on their feet.Any heart patient would have been under serious condition if he was watching this match.Schmiechel,the captain was given the trophy.The holy Grail of European football.Every cup an English Team can win was done by Manchester United. United Boss said that they are thinking of closing the Tevez deal with no worries and are see the dealing closing likely at the end of the week.Tevez deal had been quite controversial and lime lighted by the football press for moving through 3 clubs in one year.
There is been a bumpy way for Tevez to enter red jersey.The bid was to be ended this week but no such allegations have arrived.The Argentinian is right going under medical test for playing the Copa America finals.
Last year West Ham United signed Tevez with a four year deal with the Tevez’s agent and Half owner Kia Joorabchian(the man on the right).Due to this West Ham had to suffer a 5million pound penalty and they were under the threat of the point deductions(the deal quite not following the FIFA rules).Luckily they were out of the points deduction which would have been fatal for them as they were just hanging above the relegation zone.This lead to a dispute between the Agent and the Club chairman Magnusson and “tearing” all his agreement with the club.So what is happening is that the player is right now under the club’s possession and the club has all the rights regarding to the players transfer.To this Magnusson also has replied that “Tevez is right now under the agreement of the club which was made last year.We have the contract of the player till 2010.He wants the Tevez ready to face a new season and be ready with his preparations.”
But the agent and player owner commented that “Tevez was in West Ham with a possible loan move from the Croithiams.This season West Ham were offered to renew players contract but they refused.Now they want the transfer fee which obnoxious.”
Kia Joorabchian says that he is going to take the matters which the courts decided.So far Kia Joorabchian is far more confident in achieving the fee as he says that he has some sort of solid proof that the Tevez is under his pact and not under Hammers.
The fire got more oil when the Premier league committee jumped in to the matters saying that the deal must be done with the Club and not with the Agents.The chances of Tevez entering United are very high but the matter being so fragile its hardly any worth Betting on it.The matter has lead a steep increase in Tevez transfer fee which could be ending £40million probably double to SAF’s bid.

The new kit for Manchester united has arrived(ain’t they looking smart in the new kit).The T-shirts have been changed from the last years T-shirts.Last season the kit was created to give Tribute to the Ex manutd coach and legend Matt Busby so that was for just one season.The symbol has been changed back to the legendary manutd symbol from last years huge White background logo.No new changes have been done to the players T shirts and the same old glory color red is painted all over the T-shirt.The kits looks the same for me except those white strips hanging at their backs which are kind of a little annoying to me.It symbolize that each player is the backbone for the club and his roles are vital .Van De Sar and Kuszcack have got their change for green gollies to Blue ones.(At last).The new kit are very comfartblew and light compared to last year’s shirts.Nike have developed a new feature called Nike Dri-FIT which allows the moisture to evaporate rapidly leaving the players dry and fresh.I was thinking the colors to be more vibrant and bright so that the players when they play in darker parts that is while playing at night or in ITALY you can spot your players more easily.(Like the Barca away kits green ones ).Any ways this kit is new and so the numbers are changing on the shirts.Rooney is wearing the legendary number of 10 which was empty after Van Nistelrooy .The sales of the T-shirt will be high as always(i am thinking of buying a new one).Eager to watch the Devils in the new wardrobes.Any ways if like or don’t like the new kit show your love by a commenting on them.Your votes and your choice.One love One .Thanking you for visiting the page.
