Alex Ferguson has rejected the bid by Liverpool regarding to Gabriel Heinze.Liverpool were eying on this player after his performance at Copa America.Heinze was reportedly linked with this club at starting of the season.The bid on Heinze was £ 6 million reportedly but it was turned down by Sir Alex.
The rumors are up since Gabby’s agent commented that Heinze now wants to leave the club and play somewhere else.
Ferguson said that “he has not yet received any feedbacks from Heinze regarding the move to any club even though after his agent commented on his departure.The transfer of the player from the team will be on club bases and not on his agents.They are receiving deals from better clubs like Real Madrid and Inter Milan.There is no way that they are going to give their players to their Arch Rivals.
Ferguson doesn’t want any of his players to mover to their rivals and Heinze stands no chance on moving to Liverpool even though he wants to.He still has 2 years remaining in his contract and still can play for United.
The only and the last transfer that took place between these Club was way back in 1962 and the player was Phil Chisnall
